Key Responsibilities: - Getting requirement with Key User or Business Owner & Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization (fit & gap analysis) till summarize requirement. - Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications for system solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient systems. - Support data migration and ensure system integrity and performance. - Provide end-user training and documentation. - Another task assigned by Project Manager

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Thai Nationality
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experienced as Business Analyst (in IT and Software Development: Development project, infrastructure IT or ERP is a plus)
Strong understanding of business requirements analysis, system design, and data modeling.
Knowledge of technical such as SQL , C#, Java, or Python
At least one full implementation cycles of projects**
Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis tools.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills in both Thai and English (require proficiency in English, both written and spoken cause collaborated with foreigners’ team)
Project management skills and the ability to work within project timelines.
Possess high-level managerial skills to handle projects, including issue management
Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and ERP or SAP is a plus
