รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead demand forecasting by analyzing sales data and collaborating with Category and Sales teams.
- Improve forecasting tools and support the S&OP process with actionable insights.
- Manage timely purchase orders aligned with demand and stock levels.
- Oversee inventory health at DCs, minimizing aging and obsolete stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
- Handle store inquiries on stock, receiving, and returns.
- Monitor inventory performance and suggest improvements.
- Support and guide junior planners as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years in demand or inventory planning in retail/FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Good knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
- Effective communication and cross-team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
