รายละเอียดงาน
1.Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plastic injection molds to ensure reliable and efficient production operations
2.Monitor mold performance and record maintenance history and repair activities accurately
3.Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve mold efficiency and reduce downtime
4.Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment used in mold repair
5.Analyze mold wear and plan replacement parts in advance to prevent breakdowns
6.Control quality part & budget, KPI Department
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Vocational Certificate (High Vocational Diploma)
- Male, age between 22–40 years old
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in plastic injection mold maintenance or related work
- Good understanding of injection mold structure and molding process
- Able to work overtime and in shifts if required
- Good physical condition with no health issues that would affect work performance
- Proficient in using tools and machines such as milling, lath, welding
- Able to read and interpret mold drawings and blueprints (2D)
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges
