1.Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with overall business objectives.
2.Oversee HRM functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
3.Lead HRD initiatives such as training and development programs, career path planning, and talent management.
4.Foster positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement across the company.
5.Optimize and manage HRIS systems to improve the efficiency of HR operations.
6.Provide strategic HR consultation to top management including labor law compliance and conflict resolution.
7.Monitor and evaluate HRM & HRD performance metrics and report to executives.
