รายละเอียดงาน
• Lead daily operations in Press, Injection & Paint sections
• Set and monitor KPIs to meet production goals
• Drive preventive maintenance and equipment reliability
• Improve processes, reduce waste, and control costs
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
• Coordinate across departments to meet delivery schedules
• Analyze data, manage budgets, and report to management
• Support team development and performance growth
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Production/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years’ work experience in press or paint or injection industry or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial level.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with inventory and quality control.
- Computer skills: AutoCAD, SAP, Excel VBA, PLC programming would be advantageous.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English communication, both written and spoken.
