- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company attracts and hires the best candidates. - Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions. -Source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. - Execute employer branding events, such as job fairs, campus recruitment drives, internship program , MOU and networking events with Education institutes. - Collaborate with HRBP & Line Manager to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the required skills and qualifications - Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Conduct efficiency screening to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit with the company culture. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. - Lead or act as project member to transform the sourcing function.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

3 years of experience in this role.
Good command of interpersonal and communication skills and multi-tasking skills.
Good command in English both written and spoken. ( Will be advantaged)
Expertise in sourcing tool
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
Highly motivated and adaptive to changes.
Customer-centric mindset and good prioritization skills
