Manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Managing the fun activities for the employees and welfare
Developing the company culture Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
Creating and revising job descriptions
Hiring and interviewing new employees
Conducting annual salary surveys Performing benefits administration
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
Handling the problems deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
Handling employees problem, giving warning letter and termination of employees
Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues
Understand the thai labor Handling the customer problems or issues on behalf of the company
Solving the problem in the daily operation which includes the customer complains.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Speaking English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
