Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Engage with global clients to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and manage complaints with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure smooth production and delivery timelines.
• Business Development & Project Tracking: Identify and pursue new business opportunities; monitor
ongoing projects and ensure alignment with sales targets and timelines.
• Financial Monitoring: Track accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection to support healthy cash flow.
• Inventory Control: Coordinate both domestic and overseas inventory to meet customer demands and avoid shortages or overstocking.
