Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00 -17:00)
The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily quality control operations, ensuring that products meet internal and external standards before reaching customers. This role involves managing a team of inspectors, implementing quality procedures, coordinating with production and engineering teams, and continuously improving product quality and process efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of QC inspectors on the production line.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze product defects, customer complaints, and internal quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on root cause analysis (RCA).
- Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance records.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Train and evaluate QC staff to ensure competence in inspection methods and tools.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit quality performance reports to management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and product non-conformities.
- Proficient in inspection tools and measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, 5Why, Fishbone Diagram, and 8D reporting.
- Capable of leading quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to write clear and concise quality reports and handle audit documentation.
