รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for the overall compensation and benefit system [Pay roll B-plus system]
- Responsible for Salary structure, competency, Organizations structure, Design Career Planning, Create Job Description and Job Specifications for new position and updated for all positions.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that employees’ goals align with the company’s objectives.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, development planning, and performance evaluations.
- Revised policy, Code of Conduct and announce company announcements
- Work with site or other management teams to encourage employee communication and support local engagement or community events
- Others duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 27 - 40 Years old
- Bachelor's degree in HR or other related fields
- 3+ years of experience in payroll B-Plus program, or a related HR field.
- Strong understanding of payroll B-Plus, employee engagement, and Human resource management.
- Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good data analytical and HR report
