รายละเอียดงาน- Supervise QA inspectors to ensure proper inspection of products according to specifications.
- Compile, analyze, and report inspection results to supervisors and relevant departments.
- Issue rejection records/reports to Manufacturing and support teams for corrective actions.
- Ensure QA inspectors are trained and compliant with inspection tools, procedures, and rejection criteria.
- Oversee updates to inspection procedures, data recording, and certification stamping.
- Collaborate with Production Supervisors, Process Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, and external inspectors to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide recommendations for improving departmental and area performance.
- Supporting Quality Management in terms of customer handling (requirements, complaints and improvements).
- Contact and coordinate with external customer and motivate internal to improve quality from customer's quality criteria or standard.
- Support Team for take the Corrective Action and analysis problem
- Support investigation customer claim part and warranty claim and summarize the report.
- Support Follow up all activities and document support 8D report.
- Support All Customer Activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
