**WORKING MON-SAT**
• Responsible for demand planning and inventory control, including accurate and appropriate forecasting vs actual for each SKU by coordinating with Customer Service, Logistics, and Production
• Analyse inventory to achieve and maintain appropriate stock levels, recommend necessary actions, and alert all relevant departments.
• Optimize inventory levels while ensuring sufficient stock for sales activities.
• Monitor and report significant changes in demand and import supply.
• Set up meeting with Thailand team (Customer Service, Logistics, and Production) to finalize demand, supply, production capacity quantities for ensure optimal stock levels to meet delivery orders before report the Global Planning team
• Lead report regularly to Global Planning team on inventory status and risk by a weekly.
• Verify product damage scanning data of each customer via SAP system (training will be provided)
• Verify the product image quality for defects in SAP by following Goodpack product standards (training will be provided)
• Report the data verification results in MS Excel to the Customer Service department in various Goodpack country entities
• Provide reports and analyse product damage data of each customer every month
• Coordinate with relevant departments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Good command of English. Be able to read and communicate in English via email and phone calls (TOEIC score result will be an advantage.)
- Computer skills – SAP knowledge preferred, good MSExcel skills is a must, MS offices
- 22 years old up / all genders
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to complete work within the specified time frame
- Be able to adjust the work to achieve the supervisor's required goals
- High sense of work responsibility
- Able to understand and follow the operating procedures of department
