Responsibilities 1.Ensure adherence to Luminar quality management system standards. 2.Lead the validation of assembly stations to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Co-ordinate and oversee FAT & SAT. 3.Perform capability studies to assess the capability of manufacturing processes. 4.Plan and execute MSA studies to assess the accuracy, precision, and stability of measurement systems. 5.Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improving quality, efficiency, and productivity. 6.Create and update Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documents to identify and mitigate potential failure modes. Develop Control Plans (CP) to ensure that critical process parameters are monitored and controlled effectively. 7.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. 8.Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality-related issues and ensure effective communication and problem resolution. Lead response to emerging quality issues and responsible for containment and tracking of those issues. 9.Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 10.Scrap reduction/yield improvements. 11.Management of non-conforming material. 12.Process problem-solving. 13.In process and final quality configuration and inspection oversight. 14.Interface back to Orlando manufacturing, quality, and engineering organizations to resolve open issues

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in quality engineering within the automotive manufacturing industry.
Effective problem-solving skills: Shainin, 8D, Ishikawa, 5W…
Collaborate within cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Contract Manufacturers, Customer Quality)
In depth knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA
ISO9001/IATF 16949 exposure or audit experience
Must be well organized, detail oriented and can manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proficient in MS Office, Google sheets, Smartsheet’s & JIRA, proficient in Minitab
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
