รายละเอียดงาน
1.Responsible for achieving key departmental performance indicators and formulating specific project measures.
2.Lead communication and coordination of critical internal and external process issues (e.g., meetings, workshops), and ensure clear and effective action plans are in place.
3.Oversee product testing operations on the production line, including test planning, test design, test techniques, analysis, automated testing, etc.; as well as project planning, progress tracking, and cost and quality control.
4.Develop testing standards and guidelines based on product design, specifications, tuning manuals, and related documentation.
5.Responsible for identifying and intercepting performance issues in mass production processes.
6.Guide team members by assigning tasks, providing training and mentorship, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
7.Take the lead in analyzing and resolving recurring critical issues in mass-produced products.
8.Continuously improve product test plans to enhance the ability to detect quality issues in mass production.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ฺBachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product testing.
- Candidates with the ability to independently develop testing systems will be given preference.
- Experience in immediate troubleshooting on-site and improving product performance and defect detection rates is required.
- Solid understanding of international standards such as IEC, UL, and other relevant regulations.
- Strong logical thinking skills, willingness to travel abroad for short-term assignments, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a strong capacity for learning.
