Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the development of new motor products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
· Oversee product design, testing, and validation processes to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
· Develop and implement R&D strategies to drive innovation and improve product efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
· Provide technical guidance and support to the R&D team on motor design, testing, and manufacturing processes.
· Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
· Plan, execute, and monitor R&D projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development processes.
· Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to production launch.
· Provide technical guidance and support to the R&D team on motor design, testing, and manufacturing processes.
· Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
· Work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to align R&D activities with market requirements.
· Present product development updates and technical reports to senior management and stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in motor design and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of motor design principles, electromagnetic analysis, and motor testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., Ansys, MATLAB).
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
