Working Hours: Work 6 days a week, with alternate Saturdays off., 9:00 – 18:00 1.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for office-based roles (Back Office & Management level) 2.Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and plan headcount accordingly 3.Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels 4.Conduct interviews in both Thai and English (English interview proficiency is required) 5.Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding process 6.Prepare recruitment reports and maintain updated manpower planning 7.Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience in Recruitment Agency is a plus
Good command of English (especially for interviews and communication)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment tasks
