Customer Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on potential opportunities.
Customer Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with customers to understand their needs and present Seeq’s value proposition.
Product Pitching: Effectively pitch Seeq software to potential customers, highlighting its benefits and use cases.
Self-Sourcing Customers: Identify and engage new customers to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Account Management: Manage customer accounts, cross-sell additional products or services, and ensure customer success.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the Sales Director to coordinate with customers, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between customers and technical teams by gathering requirements, sharing technical information, and ensuring smooth communication.
Revenue Generation: Drive sales growth and contribute to the organization’s revenue targets.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
- Hands-on sales experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years, preferably in software or technical products
- Proficient in English for effective business communication
- Proven ability to identify, approach, and acquire new customers
- Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Technical knowledge in chemical, mechanical, industrial processes, or IT is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct customer meetings effectively
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Outgoing and resilient personality, able to handle customer pressure with professionalism
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
