รายละเอียดงาน
1. Organizational development, according to the company's business strategy planning, think and layout the organizational structure of the business department, and promote changes and adjustments;
2. Performance management, support the business department to implement the performance management system, help set performance goals and evaluation standards;
3. Talent management, assist the business department in talent planning, identify key positions and talent needs, and output and implement talent improvement plans;
4. Compliance risk control, promote the implementation of compliance risk control audits of various businesses of the company;
5. Other matters arranged by the HRBP manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3-5 years of HRBP work experience, manufacturing industry preferred
- Familiar with various modules of human resource management, including recruitment, training, compensation performance, employee relations, etc.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to interact effectively with employees and managers at different levels, good at listening and solving problems;
- Possess Chinese and Thai language skills
