รายละเอียดงาน We are seeking a Team Lead Developer who not only brings strong technical expertise but also excels in task management,
Agile processes, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll lead a team of 5–10 engineers and
designers (Backend, Frontend, QA, UX/UI) to deliver secure,
scalable, and high-performance systems using Golang, Node.js, Next.js, Vue.js, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
You will act as both Technical Lead and Scrum Master, high-quality delivery through clear task breakdown,
tracking progress, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and removing blockers.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 engineers across Backend, Frontend, QA, and UX/UI.
• Manage task planning, prioritization, and tracking using tools such as Jira, Trello, or GitLab Issues.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Break down high-level requirements into technical tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
• Act as the main communication bridge between product, engineering, and design.
• Architect, build, and maintain highly concurrent, distributed backend services using Go and Node.js.
• Oversee frontend development using Next.js and Vue.js with emphasis on performance and scalability.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.).
• Implement secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and data protection measures.
• Drive CI/CD automation and ensure efficient testing and deployment workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering excellence within the team.
• Monitor team velocity and proactively remove blockers to keep development on track.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience, including 1–2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Golang, Node.js, Next.js, and Vue.js.
- Solid knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL architecture.
- Experience designing systems for high concurrency, availability, and scalability.
- Strong knowledge of software and infrastructure security .
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like GitLab CI or Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience deploying to AWS and managing cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience acting as Scrum Master or leading Agile teams.
- Proficiency in task tracking tools .
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
