รายละเอียดงาน
• Customer Service:
o Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs.
o Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations.
o Handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Sales:
o Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet team targets.
o Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size.
o Process transactions using the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Merchandising & Stock Management:
o Replenish shelves, ensure correct product pricing, and organize displays.
o Assist with inventory counts.
o Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of low or damaged stock.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Citizen
- Previous experience in retail sales, or customer service
- Confident, friendly & professional
- Basic proficiency in English
- Basic math skills and experience using cash registers or POS sytem
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
