As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing product consultations, and closing sales of solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about promoting clean energy technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and approach potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
•Present and promote solar cell products and services in a consultative manner
•Conduct on-site assessments and propose customized solutions
•Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and close deals
•Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
•Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- More than 3 years of sales experience (solar energy, construction materials, or technical products preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Own transportation and willingness to travel to client sites
