Analyze current production processes, systems, and performance data to identify areas for improvement in productivity, efficiency, and quality. Lead and implement Lean and Six Sigma projects, driving measurable improvements in operations. Facilitate cross-functional kaizen events, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement workshops. Work closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to develop and standardize optimized workflows. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost reduction, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction. Develop training materials and provide coaching to teams to build internal capabilities in Lean Six Sigma. Support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives where applicable. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during process changes.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in productivity or process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (Black Belt preferred).
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, VSM, TPM).
Analytical mindset with experience in statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel VBA, Power BI).
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
