4.Support operations in one or more specialized areas such as Shipping and Receiving, POS/Cashiering, and Sales Floor leadership
5.Act as a resource and mentor to new and junior team members; assist in formal onboarding and training programs
6.Contribute to loss prevention efforts by promoting security awareness and coordinating floor activities with other associates
7.Demonstrate strong sales skills through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies
8.May perform keyholder duties, including opening/closing procedures as needed
