Administration for WH operations  - KPI update on Inventory Management:  Maintain accurate inventory KPI records.  - Administration of manning movement and operator rotation by ensuring processed accurately and timely.  - Prepare and maintain necessary document and receiving documentation related to WH operations process WI, EWO, people training and disciplinary records . - Maintaining the record of incoming and outgoing of logistics equipment such as PDA, FL, RT, TC etc.  -  Coordinate with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operation.  - Generate reports on absenteeism, improvement report, order status, and other key metrics.  - Ensure compliance with safety and 5S regulations and company policies.  - Use warehouse management systems (MACs) and other software to manage on the tasks assignment  - Analyze warehouse data to identify trends, inefficiencies and areas for improvement.  - Other assignment up on demands 

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar role. 
Bachelor’s degree, Vocation Certification or Diploma degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with warehouse management systems, strong organizational and communication skills. 
Relevant certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14000, or forklift operation can be beneficial. 
Experience in Logistics field .
Good knowledge in ordering system .
