- Implement and maintain network and wireless infrastructure at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and identify the root causes of network incidents to provide effective resolutions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including tasks involving server and network systems to support business operations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Aged 25 - 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Can work as a team, must be able to work under extremely high pressure, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of
- - Networking fundamentals – OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, subnetting.
- - Cisco technologies – configuration of routers, switches, wireless controllers (CCNA/CCNP level).
- - Aruba networks – wireless network design, controller setup, AP provisioning, ClearPass (If any).
- - Fortinet – firewall configuration, VPN setup, security policies (FortiGate).
- - Network design & architecture – planning and designing LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructures.
- - Troubleshooting skills – analyzing network issues systematically, using tools like Wireshark.
- - Network security basics – firewall policies, ACLs, IDS/IPS awareness.
- - Wireless networking – 802.11 standards, RF fundamentals, site survey understanding.
- - Documentation skills – network diagrams, configuration documents, change logs.
