- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
- Troubleshoot O365 performance, mail flow, and security issues.
- Administer user accounts, licenses, and access controls within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Coordinate to Implement and maintain O365 security policies, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and conditional access.
- Assist with email migrations, O365 upgrades, and integration projects.
- Coordinate with Desktop Support & IT Infrastructure team for related to O365 issues.
- Log and follow up on tickets.
- Generate ticket reports based on the Customer tools.
- Support working hours Monday to Friday at 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. (The day off follow by the customer calendar)
