รายละเอียดงาน
1. Oversee BOI related issues include import raw material and machine under BOI privileges, administrating EMT and RMTS system, product formula and waste management.Prepare reports to BOI as required.
3. Monitor and ensure the export shipment in accordance with the required delivery to customers
4. Arrange customs clearance with shipping agents and logistics providers.
5. Provide import and export shipping documents.
6. Coordinate with Logistics Control Tower and customers .(internal/external) on the current status of export shipment and it whereabouts.
7. Check and verify forwarder's billings invoices according to agreed rates.
8. Support business under BOI's regulations and Laws and ensure the Company get great benefits under BOI.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education requirement: bachelor's degree, master's degree
- Major: Business Administration
- Work experience: 3-5 years
- BOI import/export knowledge and experience
- Familiar skills: Oracle Financials, WPS, Publishing Software, Word, Excel..etc.
- Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
