รายละเอียดงาน
1.Releases Process Control flow and Process Instructions for Manufacturing.
2 Reviews daily yield and process capability data for immediate action.
3 Perform Failure Analysis with Quality Assurance on customer feedback issues, and provides the short term and long term corrective action.
4 Perform Failure Analysis ,process investigate with quality problem , provides the short term and long term improvement action.
5 Monitors the statistical process control (SPC) in production areas and provides corrective action as needed.
6 Issue and runs the special build requests (SBRs) or engineering evaluation for process improvement / development.
7 Control run and summary report of new line production or qualify tooling for increase line capacity.
8 Improves manufacturing hours by shorten the process flow or Introduce better Processes Instructions.
9.Knows customer's expectations and section target ,include drives actions to meet them.
10.Follows Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy Management policy.
11. Performs related work as required.
12.Follow and lead employees to achieve company target.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Age :25 Years old up
- 2 years or more experience in Electronics Manufacturing or machining precision .
- Microsoft Office, AOI is advantage
- Good command of English language
- Good Quality mindset ,ability work under pressure
