Business: Medical Device
Location: Pakkret, Nonthaburi (MRT Lake Muang Thong Thani station - Pink line)
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30 - 17:30 Primarily field-based with office and hospital visits as required
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans for assigned medical equipment.
2. Provide in-depth product knowledge and clinical support to hospital staff and physicians, including in-theatre case support.
3. Organize and lead product workshops, training sessions, clinical demonstrations, and marketing events.
4. Serve as the key liaison between sales, service, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and performance.
5. Monitor product performance in the market and work with relevant teams to improve user experience and outcomes.
6. Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
7. Coordinate with regional/global product teams and suppliers on product updates, training, and technical support.
8. Maintain up-to-date competitive and market analysis to support sales strategy and positioning.
9. Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through effective product positioning and promotion.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong focus on hospital-based equipment.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, such as Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager.
- Proven experience organizing events, workshops, and conducting clinical training.
- Comfortable attending surgeries or clinical procedures to provide product support.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, presentation tools).
- Fluency in both Thai and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in the NEURO and Abdominal Medical field will be a significant advantage.
- Age Requirement: 35- 44 years (not over 44)
