รายละเอียดงาน
•Conduct thorough inspections at factories, including wheels, automotive accessories, car tires, and other related products.
•Perform factory site field audits as requested.
•Prepare detailed inspection reports and upload necessary files to the shared drive for team collaboration.
•Maintain clear communication with factories and report findings to the team leader.
•Identify and effectively communicate areas of defect during the inspection process, proactively working with the factory to implement corrective actions.
•Collaborate closely with the sourcing team to review product specifications and sampling requirements.
•Compile and submit monthly reports to the team manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Over 3 years of work experience in the machinery manufacturing or automotive industry
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (reading and writing required; listening and speaking are a plus)
- Experience in goods inspection and team management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other office software)
- Detail-oriented, patient, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able and willing to travel when required
- Holds a valid driver's license and owns a vehicle
- Willingness to work 100% on-site near the factory in the Rayong Industrial area. (Dormitory and food provided.)
- Vacation and holidays will be based on factory policy.
- Thai nationality, with military service obligations fulfilled.
