รายละเอียดงาน-Lead and initiate problems solving process for customer quality feedback by providing pre-analysis data to the causer till problem agree to be closed by customer
-Maintain and updated the Customer quality feedback record.
-Comply official 8D to respond on the customer quality feed back
-Verify the effectiveness of the change in all related quality aspect. Such as verify correctness of document, right using, right understanding, staff can perform task, etc.
-Monitor and track the status customer PPAP status to be synchronized with customer timeline.
-Assist to internal audits of the Quality, Environmental systems & Safety (IATF-16949, ISO-14001, ISO-45001) as required.
-Develop staff by providing appropriate training to all quality and production staff such product quality standard , quality tools..etc.
