-Taking full responsibilities for production & process engineering& maintenance departments.
-Coordinate with Material planing to obtain production planing met customer demand.
-Ensure availability of all resource to be able to produce product according to production plan
-Drives Labor and O/H savings with internal plant associates to meet present target.
-Assumes responsibility for plant and site layout
-Drives engineering principles and discipline through mentoring, training and project reviews including: PFMEA, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Dynamic Control Plans (DCP), 8D’s, Project Management and Simultaneous Engineering
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Or More than 7 years of auto working experience about production / process engineering
- Good experience of lean manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English in speaking and writing.
