- Coordinate with customers to provide products, promotions, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, forwarding information, and answering questions.
- Coordinate with the head of Sales to facilitate everyday operations in a collaborative environment.
- Sales report; weekly, and monthly by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
- Train and guide sales staff to achieve each sales target and motivate associates to optimize sales performance
- Handling and resolving customer service issues or/and complaints
- Work alongside the Marketing team to plan campaigns and promotions in line with sales activities
- Visit the specified market frequently to get competitor marketing activities, products, and analyze the advantages/disadvantage
- Coordinate with banks for the mortgage process
- Carry out such other CRM functions, activities, and tasks as may be required
