The Modern Trade Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans for the Modern Trade channel. This role manages sales operations, builds strong customer relationships, drives revenue growth, and ensures alignment with the company’s policies and goals. The role also involves cross-functional coordination to meet customer expectations and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Modern Trade segment.
-Manage sales performance to achieve revenue targets and grow the customer base, including both existing and new clients.
-Lead the sales team to meet company targets through effective planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
-Strengthen the organization’s competitive edge in the market.
-Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing customer service activities.
-Ensure all sales activities comply with the company’s policies and strategic direction.
-Provide leadership in defining, forecasting, analyzing, driving, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
-Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams, especially manufacturing, to meet expectations.
-Forecast sales to support production planning and the development of new projects.
