We are looking for an experienced and strategic Traditional Trade (TT) Sales Manager to lead and manage our TT sales operations. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in traditional trade channels such as wholesalers, retailers, and local distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and set sales targets for the team.
- Manage and develop effective sales team.
- Build and maintain customer relationships in TT channels.
- Analyze data and report sales results.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance.
- Plan and implement sales promotion activities in TT channels.
- Monitor and analyze market and competitor trends.
- Develop and improve sales strategies to be in line with the situation.
