รายละเอียดงาน -Overseeing a team of production staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and following established procedures.
-Developing and implementing production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource allocation.
-Monitoring production processes to ensure products meet quality standards, including taste, appearance, and safety.
-Identifying and resolving issues that arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions or ingredient shortages.
-Assisting with inventory control, including ordering and tracking ingredients and supplies.
-Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and sanitary production environment.
-Communicating production status, issues, and performance metrics to the Production Manager.
-Identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
-Following and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
-Review and record production data through ERP (SAP) system.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in food science/food engineering/microbiology/Biotech or related department.
- At least 5 years’ experience required in related field.
- Good command in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge in GMP, HACCP.
