- Recruitment Management: Develop recruitment plans based on organizational objectives; execute recruitment processes; analyze recruitment effectiveness; develop and maintain suitable recruitment channels; conduct salary market research; propose salary and benefit optimization plans.
- Training Management: Conduct annual training needs surveys; develop and implement annual and monthly training plans; evaluate training effectiveness.
- Attendance and Compensation Management: Revise and improve the existing compensation and job grading system; optimize compensation structure; continuously improve the company's compensation and benefits system; supervise and optimize daily attendance management processes.
- Employee Relations and Personnel File Management: Supervise the establishment and maintenance of employee relations; guide employees in processing benefits and resolving labor disputes.
- Administrative Management: Supervise administrative staff in executing approved administrative management systems
- Act as an interpreter (Thai-Chinese/Chinese-Thai) between the manager and employees or external parties.
- Assist with various clerical work, meeting arrangements, and communication coordination.
- Responsible for document translation, meeting minutes, and report preparation.
- Assist the manager with daily administrative tasks and communication coordination.
- Assist in preparing and submitting various application materials required by government agencies.
