Plan the laboratory operations, quality control,human resource management, supervise and manage laboratory personnel
, safety management, coordination with other relevant departments both inside and outside the organization and perform other tasks related to the laboratory as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as science, chemistry, biology, or other related fields
- At least 5 years of experience working in a laboratory.
- Knowledge and understanding of principles and methods of various tests and analysis
- Knowledge and understanding of various standards related to laboratories, such as ISO 15189
- Ability to use various tools and equipment in the laboratory
- Management and leadership skills,communication and coordination skills with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, highly responsible and ability to work as a team
