Performance Tracking:
- Monitor delivery metrics such as on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, and customer

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Problem Resolution:
- Resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, misroutes, or damaged items.
- Act as the first point of contact for store inquiries related to deliveries..
- Ensure drivers are equipped with accurate and up-to-date route information.
Compliance and Safety:
