• Manage and improve last mile delivery operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Develop and control logistics networks aligned with service requirements, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. • Plan logistics strategies and deliver business outcomes through strong KPIs and continuous improvement culture. • Coordinate daily operations and liaise with transportation service providers to maintain service quality. • Initiate operational and contingency plans to handle peak or fluctuating order volumes. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues. • Support communication and teamwork across departments to ensure smooth operations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Understanding of transportation business, 3PL providers, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in last mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, or transportation operations is preferred.
