รายละเอียดงาน
1. Analyze the process routes for new project headlamps (part of rear lamps), DLP, ADB and other high-tech lenses at the Varroc Thailand factory. Conduct investment estimation and provide cost analysis (process scope). Complete the process-related sections in the customer's TR report.
2. Communicate closely with the design team and customers, and propose manufacturing feasibility improvement suggestions.
3. Work with equipment and fixture suppliers to develop front and rear lamp assembly lines and assembly fixtures. Include the layout of the production line IE, time analysis, and Completed equipment technical specifications for outsourcing; follow up on the progress of the production line and fixture development.
4. Together with fixture and production line suppliers for the new project, install, debug at the Thailand factory, complete operation instructions, release process documents, and send the products to mass production.
5. Support smooth production of mass production projects, solve difficult and abnormal situations during the mass production process.
6. Respond to audits from foreign customers, submit PFMEA, CP, Generic FMEA, Process guide line, Lesson Learn Card, Pokeyoke checklist, Assembly Equipment Maintenance plan/Record, etc. as required for review.
