Safety & ESH Officer

รายละเอียดงาน
1.Develop and implement safety measures, conduct risk assessments, provide training, investigate incidents, and control machine and PPE usage.
2.Coordinate annual health checks, control occupational diseases, monitor working environment, and promote employee well-being.
3.Manage waste and pollution control, prepare environmental reports, support environmental impact reduction, and coordinate with authorities.
4.Oversee 6S implementation and monitoring, drive effective execution in all working areas.
5.Manage waste and scrap handling within the factory, covering disposal, storage, selling, destruction, and system documentation.
6.Prepare ISO documentation, ensure legal compliance with labor and factory laws, and submit required reports to government agencies.
7.Set EHS KPIs, evaluate performance, and foster a strong safety and environmental culture throughout the organization.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Certified Safety Officer , or relevant EHS-related training/certifications.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in safety, health, or environmental management
- Good understanding of labor laws, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety legislation.
- Ability to prepare EHS reports and maintain ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or similar management system documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with government agencies, employees, and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant monitoring or reporting software.
- Committed to promoting safety and environmental sustainability, with strong leadership and responsibility.
- Basic to intermediate English communication, especially in multinational companies.
