รายละเอียดงาน
1.Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of process discipline implementation, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the Production Team Leader or Production Supervisor, and documenting the issues in the （Daily Inspection Report）
2.Responsible for verifying and signing off on first/last production pieces, monitoring quality checkpoints, promptly reporting abnormalities to production supervisors, and documenting issues in the （Daily Inspection Report）.
3.Conduct daily layered process audits (LPA) on production lines, promptly report abnormalities to the Production Manager, and document findings in the (LPA Checklist).Perform weekly cross-functional layered process audits, escalate any issues to the Production Manager, and record observations in the (LPA Checklist).
4.Responsible for on-site control and documentation of batch product rework, verifying implementation status and final effectiveness. Timely and accurately generate inspection records, promptly report abnormalities to the Quality Engineer and Production Line Supervisor, and document all deviations in the Daily Inspection Report.
5.Conduct preliminary analysis and judgment of abnormal issues (may resolve simple problems independently) and promptly report findings to relevant Quality Engineers (including Production Quality Engineer, Project Quality Engineer, and Supplier Quality Engineer) or the Production Supervisor.Document all abnormalities in the （Daily Inspection Report）.

- Minimum 2 years in quality management or related field.
- Ability to take initiative in gathering and documenting quality data.
- Capable of rapid response to quality issues.
- Skilled in preliminary analysis and corrective action planning for basic quality problems.
- Timely reporting of critical/complex issues through proper escalation channels.
- Able to identify deviations between actual practices and SOP requirements.
