We are a leading cargo and logistics company in the GCC region, with successful operations across the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. As part of our strategic expansion, we are launching our newest branch in Thailand, offering export and cargo services with a focus on international standards and customer satisfaction.We are currently looking for dynamic and service-minded Sales & Customer Service staff to join our growing team in Thailand.
Job Opening: Sales & Customer Service (Cargo & Logistics – Export

Job Responsibilities:
•Communicate with customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
•Provide clear information about cargo and export logistics services
•Assist clients with export license procedures and documentation
•Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close sales
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth cargo handling
•Maintain accurate customer records and provide after-sales support
Salary & Benefits:
•15,000–30,000 THB/month (Negotiable based on experience)
•Commission & performance bonuses

•Work permit provided (if requires)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, cargo, or customer service
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Thai language fluency preferred
- Knowledge of Thai export procedures or customs clearance is a plus
- Friendly, reliable, and professional personality
- Thai nationals only (or with valid work permit)
