รายละเอียดงาน
1.Plan, supervise, and monitor daily Picking and Packing operations to meet targets and standards
2.Inspect and evaluate team performance to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness
3.Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate critical matters to the manager
4.Coordinate with related departments such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Transport to ensure workflow efficiency
5.Guide, train, and develop team members to improve productivity
6.Prepare daily operation reports and track related KPIs
7.Oversee the proper use of equipment, tools, and workspace to ensure safety and orderliness
8.Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, particularly in picking and packing.
- Previously held a Team Leader or Supervisor position.
- Strong in operational planning and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management.
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Good computer literacy (MS Office especially Excel)
- Experience in the Retail Company will be considered
