•Act as the main point of contact for assigned e-commerce platforms.
•Maintain strong relationships with Head of Platform and platform stakeholders.
•Monitor account performance and align strategies with internal and platform goals.
Sales & Performance Optimization
•Analyze sales data and propose initiatives to meet revenue and growth targets.
•Coordinate campaign participation, flash sales, mega sale events, and vouchers.
•Track ROI and performance of promotions and pricing strategies.
•Use platform dashboards (Seller Center, Business Advisor, Data Insight tools, etc.) to evaluate trends and opportunities.
Campaign & Promotion Planning
•Work closely with marketing and product teams to create platform-specific promotions.
•Ensure execution of campaigns, banners, and PDP (Product Display Page) enhancements.
•Monitor stock availability and product visibility on the platform.
Cross-functional Collaboration
•Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
•Manage order fulfillment, returns, and customer feedback with platform support teams.
