Ongoing Management of Thailand Projects: Responsible for the continuous oversight and management of the company's Thailand projects. This includes daily operations, client service liaison, exception/problem resolution, and project profitability management. Commercial Support & Solutions: Assist the company with client inquiries, quotations, and contract execution. Initiate and lead business meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and develop service solutions to meet diverse client needs. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and manage daily client relationships through frequent communication and strong connections with mid-level client contacts. Accountable for ensuring high client satisfaction rates. Team Leadership (Thailand): Manage the Thailand operations team, including team formation/staffing, role assignment, personnel task delegation, and cross-departmental coordination. General Duties & Reporting: Execute other business-related tasks as assigned by the company. Conduct regular work reporting and maintain periodic communication and collaboration with senior management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Education & Language: College diploma or higher. Proficiency in both Chinese and Thai is essential for daily work communication.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the logistics/supply chain industry. Prior experience in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) is required. Must be familiar with logistics requirements scenarios, associated costing, pricing structures, and capable of rapid onboarding.
Freight Forwarding Expertise: Solid understanding of international freight forwarding operations. Experience with Southeast Asian (specifically Thailand) logistics operations is highly preferred. Ability to provide clients with quick and accurate solutions.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt effectively to changing situations.
