รายละเอียดงาน•Oversee and optimize the performance of key operational functions, including: KYC, KYM, and CDD: Ensure comprehensive verification and due diligence processes to mitigate risks and comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and regulatory standards.
•Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by enhancing support workflows and addressing the merchant and customer needs promptly.
•Risk and Fraud Management: Develop and oversee strategies for fraud detection, prevention, and risk mitigation.
•Technical Support & IT: Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of payment systems and IT infrastructure.
•Human Resources: Lead talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture initiatives.
•Purchasing: Manage procurement strategies to support operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
•Finance & Accounting: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
•Compliance: Maintain adherence to industry standards such as PCI DSS, PDPA, AML, and other relevant
regulations.
•Establish and monitor KPIs across all operational departments, ensuring accountability and continuous
improvement.
•Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness across operations.
•Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute the company’s strategic vision and goals.
