- Liaise very closely with accounts and financial department in Hong Kong to ensure group policy is adhered to.
- Reconcile accounts and handle customer queries related to invoices and payments.
- Process and maintain records for all outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile discrepancies in financial data.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
- Prepare collection reports and assist in resolving outstanding issues.
- Handle tax invoices and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Address tax-related issues such as Withholding Tax (WHT), Value-added Tax (VAT) and customs, ensuring that all documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate with the payroll service provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Coordinate with the company secretary to ensure statutory filing obligations are met on time.
- Ensure payroll-related tax and benefit deductions are following prevailing regulations.
-Cross-check billing summaries and invoices to ensure accuracy and revenue assurance.
- Liaise with banker to ensure operational efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline is required.
- Ordinary Member of TFAC, CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a definite advantage.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Thai and English (Essential).
- Chinese speaking is a definite advantage.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle, SAP or similar ERP system is highly desired.
- Ability to work independently and is also a team player, attention to details with strong numerical sense, be IT iterate and equipped with advanced Excel techniques.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial accounting with expertise in indirect and direct tax compliance and reporting.
- Hands-on experience liaising with auditors, government departments and tax authorities.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and statutory compliance.
