รายละเอียดงาน
- Preparation and update new model ( APQP) master plan and risk analysis for new product.
- Manufacturing feasibility study for new model with the APQP team.
- Review of requirement relate to new product.
- Create and revise process flow chart / FMEA /BOM/ Packing Std. and ect.
- Main window contact between customer and internal.
- Leader of marking and provide Tool , Jig / Equipment tool for new model.
- Material preparation and request to trial new product or relate and prepare sample part for submit to customer.
- PPAP submission and follow-up approval from customer.
- Material Tool , Jig / Equipment preparation before sign-off mass-production.
- Request and follow-up APQP team for preparation to control plan ,FA,Inspection standard ,Cpk.Ppk data, line , layout ,WI and etc.
- Internal audit and customer / supplier audit team member.
- Perform to support ISO9001 ,IATF16949, ISO14001 and 5S activities.
- Other job function as assigned by superior.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female in an age between 22 - 35 years old. Over 2 year’s relative experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Good knowledge of ISO /IATF 16949.
- Good knowledge of customer requirement.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment (Stamping, Printing etc,)
- Possesses interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Program designed , Auto CAD,CAM Solid work.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Good in English language.
